Miwa Ito / 伊藤 美和
Miwa Ito is a glass artist based in Osaka, Japan. Her work explores themes of prayer, gratitude, and the spiritual presence in everyday life, drawing inspiration from her upbringing in the Konkōkyō faith, which regards the Earth as sacred. Through her practice, she seeks to express invisible beauty and gentle strength using the medium of blown glass.

Glassman Poo Poo
An ongoing social media project that highlights the creative process of glassmaking, rather than focusing solely on the final product.
Produced in collaboration with the video production team “P,” the project documents a sincere and experimental approach to working with glass, emphasizing spontaneity, curiosity, and artistic freedom.
