その言葉の背景には、自然や命、そして多くの人の手によって食べ物が私たちのもとに届けられているという感覚があります。
その見えないつながりへの感謝や敬意を、実際の制作工程と重ねるようなプロセスや、細部へのこだわりを通してかたちにしました。

This piece is based on the theme of “itadakimasu.”
Behind this word lies a quiet awareness that food reaches us through nature, life, and many unseen hands.
I expressed my gratitude and respect for these unseen connections through the process itself, following steps similar to the actual making, and through careful attention to detail.
