チキンウィングの骨の構造からガラスで制作した作品です。
プロセスを大切にし、骨から一つひとつ肉付けし形にしていくことで食べ物になるまでの瞬間をガラスで表現しています。
 
料理はその土地や人の暮らしを映す文化だと思っています。
けれど、食べ物としての形はすぐに失われる。だからこそ、その一瞬のかたちをガラスで留めてみたいと思っています。
 
チキン３本、お皿、星2つのセット作品です。

🎬 Making-of Video
 
This piece is created from the bone structure of a chicken wing.
By valuing the process and building it up step by step—
adding “flesh” onto the bone—I express the moment in which it becomes food, translated into glass.
 
I believe that cooking reflects the culture of a place and its people.
Yet the form of food disappears almost instantly.
That’s why I wanted to preserve that brief moment in glass.
This is a set of three chicken pieces, one plate, and two stars.
