具材を丁寧に一つ一つ作り、ダイナミックに重ねました。プロセスを大切にし、本物の料理をするように思いを込めて制作しました
 
料理はその土地や人の暮らしを映す文化だと思っています。
けれど、食べ物としての形はすぐに失われる。だからこそ、その一瞬のかたちをガラスで留めてみたいと思っています。
 
2025年制作
 
Each ingredient was carefully crafted one by one
and stacked together in a dynamic composition.
I value the process, and create with the same intention
as if I were cooking a real dish—
with attention, care, and feeling.
 
I believe that cooking reflects the culture of a place and its people.
Yet the form of food disappears almost instantly.
That’s why I wanted to preserve that brief moment in glass.
