・破損以外の返品・交換はお受けできません。手作りのため、道具の跡や傷、黒点などが見られる場合もございます。ご理解いただける場合のみご購入ください。

As each piece is carefully prepared by a small team, shipments will be made sequentially once they are ready.

・Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
As each piece is handmade, there may be slight marks from tools, minor imperfections, or small black specks.
Please purchase only if you understand and appreciate these characteristics.

・本作品は耐熱ガラスではありません。急冷・急熱は避けてご使用ください。

・すべて吹きガラスによる手作りのため、大変繊細です。強い衝撃や落下にはご注意ください。

・制作工程上、道具の跡や小さな黒点・気泡などが見られます。使用上の問題はございません。作品の個性としてご理解ください。

 

・This item is not heat-resistant glass. Please avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock).

・As each piece is individually handcrafted through glassblowing, it is very delicate. Please handle with care to avoid impact or dropping.

・Due to the nature of the glassblowing process, tool marks, small black specks, or bubbles may appear, but these do not affect the function and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
